We have just added about a dozen live programs presenting Danish roots and folk bands 'in concert' at Tønder Festival. The recordings come from a long series of concerts held in connection with Folk Spot Denmark, a collaboration between Tønder Festival and ROSA-Folk (Danish Rock Council's Folk Music Department).
All programs are presented in English, and the musicians address the audience in English between songs.
The concert audience is a mix of happy festival guests and international media people, venue and festival organizers, and other industry professionals, flown or otherwise transported to the festival to experience Tønder Festival in general, and the Danish Folk Spot bands in particular.
Among the performers you will find internationally touring bands such as Dreamers' Circus, Habadekuk, Basco, Jensen & Bugge, MC Hansen, Phønix, Maja & David, Ida Wenøe, and many more.
