The podcast is produced by&nbsp;<em>RadioFolk.dk<\/em>&nbsp;before&nbsp;<em>Media Garden<\/em>, and is supported by&nbsp;<em>Ministry of Culture<\/em>.Thank you for that!<\/p>\n<p>One afternoon at the end of March I met with Britta Thougaard who, as a volunteer, has booked folk music for Klaverfabrikkens folk Club \u2013 or&nbsp;<em>The Piano Factory\/Folk<\/em>&nbsp;as they call themselves \u2013 in the 20 years the club has existed.<\/p>\n<p>Klaverfabrikken is one of the Capital Region&#039;s important venues, not least for the folk music community with 10-12 annual folk music concerts on the bill, and Britta has promised this late afternoon to show me around Klaverfabrikken, and talk about her work as a booker, and she has also promised to play music with some of the folk bands that they have had visitors from over the years.<\/p>\n<p>Britta is on a daily basis&nbsp;<em>physiotherapist<\/em>&nbsp;at a psychiatric ward in Hiller\u00f8d, and works with patient education and management of mental illness.
